Day Trip Itinerary to Legoland Theme Park **Book your trip for 8:00 AM (the earliest available time on our booking calendar) and expect our arrival at 8:30 AM.** 8:30 AM: Pickup from your hotel/resort in the Disney/Lake Buena Vista Area (Please wait for your driver in the lobby area at 8:30 AM.) 9:30 AM: Arrival at Legoland Theme Park. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Enjoy your time at Legoland Theme Park. 5:00 PM: Departure from Legoland Theme Park. Ensure to gather your group promptly to board the shuttle van for the return journey. After 5:00 PM: Depending on traffic and distance, you'll be transported back to your hotel in the Disney Area. What's Included - Private shuttle van accommodating 1 to 7 passenger. - Complimentary car seats and boosters for your children - 100% Refund 24 hours prior to your service date What's Not Included - Entrance or ticket fees to Legoland Theme Park. - Food & Beverages (light snacks and bottled water may be provided by the shuttle service). - Any additional stops not directly related to the park visit. - Gratuity for the driver - Return trips are not included. *IMPORTANT NOTICE*: Please ensure you book both your initial and return trip during checkout. Failure to schedule your return trip in advance will result in no pickup at 5:00 PM. The driver will not be responsible for your return transportation if the return trip is not booked. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: Any balances for additional stops or services must be paid the day of the trip to the driver (Jay). BOOKING CONFIRMATION Kindly retain this confirmation of your booking along with an invoice containing your trip details and present it to your driver upon pickup. Additionally, we will notify you when the driver is en route to your location the day of the trip. TRIP REQUIREMENTS Complimentary car seats and booster seats will be provided if you indicated this on the booking form in the section "Trip Requirements' We do not offer strollers, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please only bring the number of strollers you indicated in the section "Trip Requirements' on the booking form. MOTORIZED VEHICLES: Please note, our drivers are not permitted to physically lift motorized scooters (ECVs). Please have someone come with you to assist you. AIRPORT & CRUISE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES For departures, we recommend scheduling pickups from your destination 3 hours prior to your flight or cruise departure time. Please carefully review the confirmation email and invoice to make sure you entered the correct pick-up and drop-off times (AM/PM). Include all requested information, especially flight numbers and terminals. If you need to make any changes, please reply back to the confirmation email. ADDITIONAL STOPS: Please inform your driver on the day of your trip about any additional stops; each stop will incur a service fee of $20. - For grocery curbside pickup: This MUST be scheduled in advance; please plan your curbside pickup for 30-45 minutes after your flight lands! We recommend scheduling curbside pickup at Publix, located at Lake Cay Commons, 9930 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819, or at a store of choice closet to where you are staying. - To check in your luggage at your hotel: you MUST either pre-check into your hotel room or be present for drop-off. Our drivers are unable to assist with this process. Most resorts and hotels now require guests to be present during luggage drop-off. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans may change. To receive a full refund, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation 23 hours before the trip start date. If cancellation occurs after 24 hours or on the day of the trip, a refund will not be issued in order to cover the costs of scheduling transportation and drivers.
