Confirm Availability:
You will receive an invoice from Jays Transportation Private Shuttle Van Service to confirm the availability and booking of all rides. Any necessary adjustments to ride times will be noted on the invoice. Please pay your invoice within 1-2 days to secure your rides. Be sure to read all terms and conditions provided in the invoice.
Trip Requirements:
Complimentary car seats and booster seats are available upon request. We do not offer strollers, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please indicate the number of strollers you will be bringing with you on the booking form.
Arrivals and Departures:
For departures, we recommend scheduling pickups from your destination 3 hours prior to your flight or cruise departure time. Please carefully review the quote request booking form for correct pick-up and drop-off times (AM/PM). Please include all requested information, especially flight numbers and terminals. Your driver will meet you outside the airport at the grounds transportation level. The driver will contact you on the day of travel to confirm the meeting point and provide his yellow van number for easy identification. No need to hold up a sign!

Additional Stops:
Please inform your driver on the day of your trip about any additional stops; each stop will incur a service fee of $20. For grocery curbside pickup: This MUST be scheduled in advance; please plan your curbside pickup for 30-45 minutes after your flight lands! We recommend scheduling curbside pickup at Publix, located at Lake Cay Commons, 9930 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819, or at a store of choice closet to where you are staying.
Luggage
Drop-off
To check in your luggage at your hotel will incur a service fee of $25. You MUST either pre-check into your hotel room or be present for drop-off. Our drivers are unable to assist with this process. Most resorts and hotels now require guests to be present during luggage drop-off.
Motorized
vehicles:
Please note, our drivers are not permitted to physically lift motorized scooters (ECVs). If you have one, please indicate this in the additional space provided on the form, ensuring that guests can lift it themselves.
Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans may change. To receive a 100% full refund, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation 24 hours before the service date. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours or on the date of the service, a refund will not be issued in order to cover the costs of scheduling transportation and drivers.
